Large Group & Corporate Event Services

I am happy to customize my lessons for the genre, level, and "vibe" of your event/participants. I will prepare material based on the amount of time allotted. I will run my own music during this time unless I can coordinate with a DJ ahead of time. I can provide my own headset, but I would need to be able to plug into a sound system provided unless you hire the DJ Service Add On below with my personal sound equipment (see below for details)

When I am not actively teaching at your event, I charge based on the amount of time I am attending the event. For example, if the event is from 2-5 PM, and I am teaching from 3-4 PM, but you would like me to attend from 2-5 PM, I will charge for the lesson plus the additional 2 hours of attendance. While attending your event, I am happy to socialize or dance with participants and generally "cheerlead" any dancing that is happening!

Sometimes 60 minutes flies by and you'd prefer more time for a combination of learning new material, practice time, and skill refining. In this case, you can book me for additional time with this add-on fee.

*Note: Add-on caps at 2-hour booking total. Over 2 hours will include base rates.

If you would like the lessons for your event to be more challenging - intermediate to advanced in level - I charge an add-on fee to accomodate this.

Throwing a party? If you would like me to run the music while attending your event, I am happy to do that. Sometimes, it's best to allow someone with dance expertise to run music so that the lessons and the music choices coordinate!

I am based in Monroe, Oregon, which is approximately 20-30 minutes from both Eugene and Corvallis. I charge a mileage fee based on the number of miles from Monroe to your location. I base my mileage on the IRS mileage standard rate (currently around $0.625 per mile).

Typically, when I teach large group lessons, the group I am working with provides the venue.

However, if you would like to coordinate a third-party venue, venue fees will apply on a case-by-case basis.

For large group events, I would expect that any entrance fees/tickets/meal fees be waived for myself and a plus 1. We can coordinate these requests on a case-by-case basis.
